Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
How Exchanges Work
Once your exchange request is approved:
- The item usually takes 5–7 days to reach us and go through quality checks.
- After approval, we’ll process your exchange or assist you with the next steps.
Reverse Pick-Up
For your convenience, we offer a reverse pick-up service at a flat fee of ₹100 per order, regardless of the number of items.
Order Type & Credits

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
If an exchange isn’t possible due to stock availability, we’ll issue store credit within 4–5 working days after the return pickup. The credit will be shared on your registered email or contact number. -
Prepaid Orders:
Exchanges are available. Refunds or bank transfers are not applicable.
Item Condition
To help us process exchanges smoothly, please ensure items are:
- Unworn and unused
- Returned with original tags and packaging
Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for exchange.
Store Credit
Store credits (if issued) have no expiry and can be used anytime.Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Due to hygiene considerations, certain items such as accessories, bags, caps, and similar products are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can sort it out for you.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
