We want you to love what you order from Blanck Denim. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we can help.

What can be exchanged
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery — for size or style reasons.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags and packaging intact.
- If the requested size or style is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
Not eligible for exchange
- Accessories, bags, caps, and similar items are not eligible due to hygiene reasons.
- Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Returns (damaged / defective / missing only)
Returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a missing item.
- Report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
- Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pick-up at no charge to you.

No pick-up charge
- After your request is approved, the item typically reaches us in 5–7 days and goes through a quality check.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. For non-serviceable pin codes, self-shipping to our warehouse is requested.
- The ₹100 pick-up fee (if applicable) will be deducted from any store credit issued.
Store credit.
- Store credits have no expiry and can be used on any future order.
- Store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
- Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
