Return and Refunds

 

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Return Processing: It takes 5-7 days for the returned items to reach us and be processed.
  • Reverse Pick-Up: We offer a reverse pick-up service with a flat Rs 100 fee per order, regardless of the number of items. 
  • COD Orders: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will issue store credit within 4-5 working days after the return pickup, sent to your registered email or contact number.
  • Condition of Returns: Please return items in their original condition. We won’t process returns if the items are worn or damaged.
  • Refund Time: Refunds take up to 7-10 days to appear in your bank account after we receive the items. Note that refunds/bank transfers are only available for prepaid orders made on our website.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Hygiene Standards: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like accessories, bags, caps etc cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us on +91 9875156016 and we will guide you through the process.
