- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeline

India (Domestic Shipping)

- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- Metro cities may receive orders faster; remote locations may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on prepaid orders across India.
- COD charges : ₹99

4. Order Tracking

- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your order anytime using the link provided.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

- Please provide accurate shipping details at checkout. BLANCK is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

- If your order is delayed beyond the normal delivery window, please contact us at blanckdenim@gmail.com.
- In rare cases of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier and update you throughout the process.
